Please note that at the age of 18, Scott committed robbery and took full responsibility by pleading guilty to those charges.
However, 2 years later, Scott was accused of three counts of subsequent robbery -- for which he was sentenced to 60 years to life imprisonment. Scott is innocent of those charges. He thus appealed this case to the Missouri Supreme Court.
On appeal, to prove his innocence, Scott petitioned the Missouri Supreme Court for an evidentiary hearing.
His appeal was denied.
